The following Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for astrology reading services ("Services") offered by AstroTalks.Online

Refund Eligibility

Prepaid amounts will be refunded to your account if cancellation is requested no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed by AstroTalks.Online within 1 business day of receiving a valid cancellation request. The time for funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your banking institution’s processing times and workload. AstroTalks.Online is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment providers.

Non-Refundable Cases

Clients are able to cancel their own bookings online. If cancellation is not requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.
