Select one of the available Services, by reading the short description in advance or contact me directly via Contacts . Once you have made your decision, click the Save Time button and select a free date and time from the calendar. The next step is to fill in the personal data form.
Once you have selected an appointment, proceed to the Pay Consultation button. Review the amount and the selected service before placing an order. The next step is to make the payment by filling in your bank card details.
2. Payment
If you have a PayPal account, you can use it. In both cases, the transaction is secured via the ِ API.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
In case of unsuccessful payment and a problem with the system, please report via Contacts .
3. Cancellation
In case you have paid for an appointment for a consultation, but want to cancel it, please do so at least 48 hours in advance . This will ensure that you are a loyal customer. How? M Auger to contact and leave a message for rejection.
4. Refunds
The prepaid amount will be refunded to your account if you request a cancellation no later than 4 hours before the reserved time. The process of reallocating amounts takes no more than 1 working day by AstroTalks, the rest depends on the banking institutions and their working hours and workload. In case you forgot to cancel the consultation 4 hours in advance, the amount is not refundable.
5. Customer confidentiality and GDPR requests
The EU General Data Protection Regulation ( GDPR ) is a regulation on the confidentiality of all data of EU citizens. It gives you rights as customers of the AstroTalks page, the right to receive or delete stored personal data. You can apply and on your behalf be: 1. A requested copy of your data stored on AstroTalks. or 2. The archive with your personal data has been permanently deleted.
